Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 20th, 2026
These SMS Terms of Service govern participation in the Greenhouse Creative text messaging program.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Greenhouse Creative in accordance with these terms.
1. Business Identity
Greenhouse Creative is a creative photography business providing professional photography and related creative services. SMS messages may include consultation confirmations, scheduling updates, project communications, responses to inquiries, and occasional promotional or informational messages related to our services.
2. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [A2P Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [business support email address].
3. Message Frequency & Fees
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive message frequency based on your interaction with us, which is typically low-volume and conversational. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy Policy Reference
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: greenhouse-creative.com/privacy-policy
6. Changes to SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting and reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
